At Archimedes Maths, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within the first 14 days of enrollment. After this period, no refunds will be processed.

• A full refund will be provided if the student has attended no more than two classes during this 14-day period.

• If the student has attended more than two classes within the first 14 days, a partial refund will be considered based on the number of classes attended.

2. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, the student or parent must email a formal request to absir@archimedesmaths.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the reason for the refund.

• Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Cancellation of Services

• Cancellation by the Student: Students may cancel their enrollment at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email. However, refunds will only be granted if the request falls within the eligible refund period.

• Cancellation by Archimedes Maths: We reserve the right to cancel a course if necessary (e.g., low enrollment). In such cases, all students will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be provided.

4. No Refund for Missed Classes

• Archimedes Maths will not provide refunds for missed classes. If a student is unable to attend a session, we will provide a recording (if available) or alternative study materials to cover the missed content.

5. Changes to the Policy

• Archimedes Maths reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to current students via email.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Archimedes Maths. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Enrollment and Fees

• Enrollment: Enrollment in any course requires the completion of the registration form and payment of the course fee.

• Course Fees: The course fee is Rs. 25000, payable at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made via our secure online payment gateway.

• Non-transferability: Enrollments are non-transferable. Only the enrolled student is entitled to attend the classes.

3. Course Content and Schedule

• Course Materials: All course materials, including study guides, notes, and recordings, provided by Archimedes Maths are for the personal use of the enrolled student. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

• Schedule: Classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday morning. Archimedes Maths reserves the right to adjust the class schedule if necessary. Any changes will be communicated via email or the student portal.

4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property related to the courses, including but not limited to course materials, website content, and logos, remains the property of Archimedes Maths. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal educational purposes only.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during classes. Any inappropriate conduct or disruption may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

• Plagiarism: Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty will not be tolerated. Students found violating these rules may be dismissed from the program.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Archimedes Maths does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from taking its courses. While we aim to provide high-quality education and resources, we are not responsible for any student’s exam performance or other external results.

• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical issues that are beyond our control, such as poor internet connection or device malfunctions that prevent students from attending live classes.

7. Privacy Policy

• Archimedes Maths collects personal information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers solely for the purpose of course enrollment and communication. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Amendments

• Archimedes Maths reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to students via email or posted on our website.
